Loupe is a local, open-source (MIT) Windows app that builds websites with AI agents and lets you refine the result directly on the live page, either by hand or by pointing at an element and describing a change. Every edit is verified with an automatic before/after pixel-diff against the real render before it's marked done. It runs on your own API keys for OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, or OpenRouter, or on an existing Claude Code, Codex, Grok, or Copilot subscription, so there's no extra bill from Loupe itself.
