NewMax is a desktop AI assistant for macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows that runs file tasks and repeatable workflows on your own computer, asking for approval before it acts. It works with your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax, Kimi and others, or with local models through Ollama or vLLM, and requests do not route through NewMax's servers.
