About OpenDesign

OpenDesign is a desktop workspace where an AI agent turns a prompt and a chosen design system into working HTML prototypes, slides and graphics that you can edit directly, share and comment on with a team. It can drive a coding agent already on your computer (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and others), or connect to a model provider with your own API key, endpoint and model, with presets for OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Ollama, LM Studio and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint; your provider bills the usage. The free desktop app covers local agents and BYOK without an account, paid plans add hosted model credits, and the code is open source under Apache-2.0.
