About SillyTavern

SillyTavern is a locally installed, open-source chat interface for advanced users, widely used for character role-play, interactive fiction and writing. It has no models of its own: you connect it to cloud APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Google AI Studio, OpenRouter, Mistral and DeepSeek with your own keys, or to local backends like Ollama, and get fine control over prompts, characters and generation settings.
